As an industrial clerk, you will gain a wide range of insights into the commercial areas of the company. You will work in our departments such as Purchasing, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Waste Disposal in 4-month rotations. You will get to know different processes and take on tasks independently. The entry requirement for the 3-year apprenticeship (can be shortened) is a secondary school leaving certificate. The vocational school is in Münchberg (weekly).
As a Euro-industrial clerk, you will be active both in the commercial areas of the company and in foreign language training. In addition to English, you can choose other foreign languages such as Spanish or French. The highlight for the Spanish class is the 3-week stay abroad. The apprenticeship, which requires a general higher education entrance qualification or entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences, takes 2.5 years. As an IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d), you will plan, build and maintain computer and network systems. As a textile laboratory technician (m/f/d), you will carry out incoming goods inspections, check the properties of our nonwovens and draw up test reports and certificates. During your training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), you will apply nonwovens-specific production techniques, monitor processes and carry out quality controls. As a textile production mechanic (m/f/d), you will set up our production systems and monitor the processes. Minor maintenance and troubleshooting are also part of your job. During your training as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for receiving our raw and auxiliary materials in the incoming goods department and for checking deliveries for completeness. Following your training as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), you can continue your education by completing additional training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d). This will enable you to deepen your knowledge of warehousing, order picking and loading within one year. The vocational school is also in Hof (weekly).
During your training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), you will inspect, maintain and set up our nonwoven lines. You will carry out maintenance work and manufacture spare parts. As an electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d), you will install and connect electrical equipment, commission systems and maintain them. Under the guidance of our full-time trainer, you will learn all the basic electronic skills in our training workshop. Later on, you will work directly with our specialists in maintenance and troubleshooting on our nonwoven lines or demonstrate what you have already learned in exciting projects. The apprenticeship takes 3.5 years and requires a qualified secondary school leaving certificate. The vocational school is located in Marktredwitz (block lessons).
