Your application process at Sandler
1. The General
Apply and send us all the important facts and figures about yourself using the link to the applicant tool on the respective job advertisement. You will receive a confirmation of receipt, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our goal is to give you initial feedback on your application in timely manner. We will always stay in contact with you and keep you updated.
2. The personal
We want to get to know you! This takes place in a personal meeting: either on the phone, virtually via a web meeting or during a visit to us in Schwarzenbach. In this interview we would like to find out more about you and your motivation and at the same time give you the opportunity to get to know us and our company better.
3. The individual
In our second individual meeting, things get specific. We talk in detail about your start, training and your employment contract. We clarify all open questions and discuss the next steps so that you can start your new role well prepared.
4. Welcome!
Great to have you here. With our comprehensive onboarding and personal contacts, you can start your new daily work routine straight away. We will guide you through your first steps and make sure that you feel comfortable with us right from the start.
