Frequently asked questions - and their answers

We know that the application process can raise a lot of questions. To help you in the best possible way, we have compiled the most frequently asked questions and the answers to them. Here you will find everything you need to know about your application, our company and the opportunities we offer you.

We handle this on a very individual basis. Many colleagues are on a first-name terms, but if you prefer to remain on a last-name terms, you are welcome to do so. You are also welcome to make your own choice.

The more complete it is, the more helpful it is. A letter of motivation, CV, references and certificates are ideal. But a short cover letter and a CV are also enough to to strike up a conversation.

As soon as we receive your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. Our goal is to give you initial feedback on your application within 1-2 weeks. The time it takes to receive final feedback (acceptance or rejection) is individual and depends on the position, the number of applications received and the interviews. However, we will always stay in contact with you and keep you informed.

To the application process

Of course you can! Just send us your documents in response to the individual job advertisements so that we can check them individually and find the position that suits you best.

Find out about the company, our products, values and the advertised position in advance. Bring your questions to the interview so that we can answer them directly. And think about what is important to you about a job and employer to determine whether we are the right partner for you.

The relevant contact persons are listed directly in our job advertisements. For unsolicited applications, you are also welcome to send us your application without a direct contact person.

Of course! We will then match your profile with possible positions with us and discuss how you could join us.

The big milestone in studying! We are happy to support this important step and look forward to practical theses that deal with current Sandler topics. Is there no suitable vacancy in the job feed? Then send us an unsolicited application and we will check whether we can find a suitable topic.

Not every position has a “hard” requirement profile. It is often the individual strengths and interests that qualify an employee to do the job well. Our work environments are also structured accordingly. Our goal is to find the right job for you, even if you are looking for a career change. You can find out which job suits you best under work environments.

With our Sandler Academy, we support individual development paths. Regardless of whether you are looking to develop as a future manager, project manager or personal development. Together we will decide whether the Sandler career models, or an individual approach is the right path to achieve your goal.

We will be happy to help you find a practice-oriented topic. We also offer you comprehensive support from our specialists as part of your technician training.

No matter whether you are still at school or studying: An internship with us is always possible. Whether as part of your school internship, during your vacation or as an internship during your studies.

Of course you can. You can find all the information relevant to students here.

Personal rights, including data protection, are our top priority! We assure you that the collection, processing and use of your data complies with the current requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG & DSGVO). You can read about this in detail in our application tool.
