Contacta at Hof University of Applied Sciences is the largest study and career information fair in the region and gives future high school graduates an overview of their career opportunities in Upper Franconia and the neighboring regions. Last year, we proudly presented our new trade fair stand and our new corporate fashion. Both were very well received by visitors and other companies. Thanks to the eye-catching design and the informative content on the exhibition wall, many visitors stopped, and many interesting conversations ensued. A particular highlight was the exchange at eye level with young people. Our trainees from various apprenticeship years were on site and were able to offer the young people valuable support with their initial career orientation. Another important aspect was to draw attention to our internship opportunities. Only through internships can young people gain a better insight into the various professions and find out what suits them and what they enjoy the most.

Training fair Marktredwitz

At the vocational training fair in Marktredwitz, the laser game developed by our electronics technician trainees was a complete success. It attracted many visitors and provided an interactive opportunity to present the technical skills of our trainees. Another highlight was the direct exchange with the young people. Our trainees from various apprenticeship years and training areas were on site and were able to use their own experiences to provide the young visitors with valuable assistance in their initial career orientation. Here, too, it was particularly important for us to point out our internship opportunities.

The Selb vocational training fair in 2024 was once again organized perfectly and set a new record for exhibitors. One special feature was the direct exchange with the young people. Our trainees were on site and were able to share their experiences. The invitation to give internships a try was very well received. We were able to welcome several young people to Schwarzenbach for internships and help them with their future career choices.

Karriere­treff Helm­brechts

For the first time in 2024, we took part in the Karrieretreff training fair at the Stofffabrik in Helmbrechts. This event was an excellent opportunity to present our company and our new work environments. Many schools accepted the invitation and so we were able to actively advertise our apprenticeship vacancies there and draw attention to try-out internships, to get a first impression of the jobs.

Unternehmer­börse Hof

University fairs are a great opportunity for students to find out about starting their career. This year, we proudly presented our new exhibition stand for the target group students at the start of the university fairs at Hof University of Applied Sciences. This was very well received by the students and other companies. Thanks to the eye-catching design and the informative content on the exhibition wall, many students stopped and many interesting conversations took place. To give students the opportunity to put their theoretical knowledge into practice, we presented exciting positions for internships or working student activities.

COnnections Coburg

“High table instead of exhibition stand”. Coburg University of Applied Sciences kicked off the 2024 trade fair season with a modified trade fair concept and the new name “COnnections”. To give students the opportunity to put their theoretical knowledge into practice, we also presented our exciting internships and working student positions here.

Karriere­forum Bayreuth

The career forum at the University of Bayreuth was a complete success. We had many interesting discussions and were able to present ourselves and our company in detail. To give students the chance to put their theoretical knowledge into practice, we also introduced our wide range of internships and working student positions. Furthermore, we were able to make valuable contacts and arouse the interest of many students.
