At Sandler, we have three core values that we stand for. Based on these, we have defined our Sandler Spirit. The Sandler Spirit provides us with support when making decisions, differentiates us from others and serves as a guideline for our path into the future.

Our values in everyday business

Our values are also actively integrated into our everyday work. We have dedicated ambassadors in each department. These are colleagues who act as confidants for us. If there is a problem, we can turn to them. They advise us, give us tips or follow up problems on our behalf. We also regularly question ourselves and our everyday work. Important topics that contribute to our values are communicated to the entire company. In monthly department meetings, we reflect and try to improve. The feedback from the meetings is analyzed and discussed by managers and ambassadors and solutions are developed.
